Prayer Request Form

The staff and volunteers of Harmony of Avon consider it a privilege to join you in praying for your concerns, needs, or items of praise. Your prayer request will be shared confidentially with only your personal care deacon and the pastoral staff at Harmony. One of these men will follow up with you to pray with you and see if there is anything else you may need. If you choose to do so, they will also add your prayer needs to the weekly Harmony congregational prayer list.
